腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术（LPD）作为腹部复杂微创外科的代表性术式，其安全性已得到广泛认可。然而，术后相关并发症仍是影响患者康复的重要因素，可导致住院时间延长、医疗费用增加及再入院风险。因此，LPD术后并发症的预防与规范化治疗具有重要临床意义。尽管目前围绕LPD术后并发症已开展大量临床研究，但在预防策略的有效性与安全性方面尚未形成共识。本文通过系统回顾近十年相关文献，对LPD术后并发症的预防与治疗进展进行综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。

Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD), as a representative procedure in complex minimally invasive abdominal surgery, has been widely recognized for its safety. Nevertheless, postoperative complications remain a critical factor affecting patient recovery, which may lead to prolonged hospital stay, increased medical costs, and a higher risk of readmission. Therefore, the prevention and standardized treatment of complications after LPD are of great clinical significance. Although numerous clinical studies have been conducted on LPD-related postoperative complications, no consensus has been reached on the effectiveness and safety of preventive strategies. This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature over the past decade and summarizes the advances in the prevention and treatment of complications after LPD, so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.
