Stroke is a common clinical disease, and hemiplegia is one of its frequent sequelae. Acupuncture therapy can promote the rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Starting from the traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of post-stroke hemiplegia, this paper summarizes the intervention effects of different types of acupuncture intervention methods and different acupoint selection methods on post-stroke hemiplegia based on classical records and modern research findings of acupuncture therapy, so as to provide reference and ideas for the clinical treatment and subsequent scientific research of post-stroke hemiplegia.
