Minimally invasive wound repair technology is a general term for a series of minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment techniques relying on selective debridement, negative pressure wound therapy, local physical therapy, non-contact wound monitoring and other interventions. On the premise of effectively addressing the etiologies of wounds, these techniques can minimize iatrogenic additional tissue injury and achieve precise local intervention. With the rapid development of regenerative medicine and biomaterials, the advantages of minimally invasive techniques in wound repair have become increasingly prominent. This paper systematically reviews the core concept, classification of key techniques and clinical application scenarios of minimally invasive wound repair technology, and summarizes its application values in reducing damage to normal tissues, accelerating wound healing and improving postoperative functional recovery, so as to provide theoretical references for minimally invasive and precise diagnosis and treatment in clinical wound repair.
