目的探讨影响乳腺癌复发转移的因素。方法 100例乳腺癌患者中,采取传统式根治手术患者19例,改良式根治手术患者47例,扩大式根治手术患者29例,乳房单纯切除手术患者3例,区段式切除手术患者2例。对患者的肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移数、年龄以及癌抗原135等相关指标进行分析。结果单纯乳房切除手术患者的复发转移率最高,与其他治疗方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比不同年龄段的患者复发转移率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤直径低于2 cm的患者与肿瘤直径超过5 cm的患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与1～3个淋巴结转移以及超过3个淋巴结转移的患者相比,无淋巴结转移患者的复发转移率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌抗原135(CA135)阳性患者与阴性患者复发转移率相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌复发转移与患者的肿瘤直径以及淋巴结转移数呈现正相关关系,而乳腺癌复发转移与患者的癌抗原135以及患者的年龄呈现负相关关系。结论淋巴结转移数、癌抗原135、年龄及肿瘤直径与乳腺癌复发转移关系密切,淋巴结转移数为最主要影响因素

Objective To investigated the related factors on breast cancer recurrence and metastasis． Methods Of 100 breast cancer patients，19 underwent traditional radical operation，47 modified radical operation，29 enlarged radical operation，3 merely resection operation，and 2 segmental resection operation． Index like tumor diameter，metastatic lymph node number，age，cancer antigen 135 ( CA135 ) ，etc were analyzed． Results Of all patients with breast cancer，the recurrent metastatic rate was the highest in the patients underwent simple operation treatment ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． As for the comparison of recurrence rate of different ages，the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Patients with tumor diameter less than 2cm and tumor diameter over 5cm were showed with different recurrence rate． Compared with patients with 1 － 3 lymph node metastases and the patients with more than 3 lymph node metastases． Recurrent metastatic rate in the patients with no lymph node metastasis was lower，the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． There was statistical significant difference in recurrence and metastasis rate between CA135 positive and negative patients ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Recurrence and metastasis were positively related to tumor diameters and lymph node metastasis number，but negatively related to CA135 and age． Conclusion It seems that the number of lymph nodes metastasis，CA 135，age and tumor diameter are closely related to recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer，and among them，number of lymph nodes metastasis is the dominant influence factor．
