目的分析家系成员EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体检测结果。方法对经县级及以上医院确诊的鼻咽癌先证者及其血缘父母进行调查和填写调查表,并采集外周静脉血8 mL,其中抗凝血5 mL分离、冻存,3 mL非抗凝血进行血清EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体滴度;对照组采用广西境内高发区自然人群。结果共收集鼻咽癌核心家系254例,建立家系成员资料数据库,并分析家系成员VCA-IgA抗体检测结果,其中先证者父母EB-VCA-IgA抗体阳性率显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论建立规范的鼻咽癌核心家系数据库为今后进一步利用分子遗传学方法来研究鼻咽癌的病因打下基础。
Objective To establish specimen bank of nuclear families of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to analyze surveillance results of EB-VCA-IgA antibody of family members.Methods Investigating nasopharyngeal carcinoma proband,diagnosed by county or above level hospital,and their parents and filling questionnaire.Collecting their peripheral vein blood of 8 mL,among which 5 mL was used for isolation and iced storation,and 3 mL for testing of EB-VCA-IgA antibody titer.The control group was natural populations of the high-incidence area.Result A total of 254 nasopharyngeal core family member were collected,databank of family member was established,and surveillance results of VCA-IgA antibody of family member were analyzed.Positive rate of EB-VCA-IgA antibody of proband parents was significantly higher than that of the control(P0.01).Conclusion The establishment of standard databank of nuclear family of nasopharyngeal carcinoma laids a foundation for consequential etiopathogenisis study of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by using molecular genetics methods.
