目的 探讨采用Fastfix缝合半月板损伤的治疗效果。方法 关节镜下用Fastfix治疗半月板损伤29例，Allinside缝合21例，Outsidein缝合8例，分别缝合1～3针，每针操作平均时间4.5 min，住院7～21 d，平均12.4 d。结果 手术后效果均满意；术前Lysholm评分平均为（44.60±11.55）分，术后为（83.34±12.60）分，差异具有统计学意义（t=3.25，P＜0.01）。结 论Fastfix是一种简便快捷、疗效可靠的缝合方法，值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Fastfix repair suture system for the treatment of meniscus injury. Methods 29 cases with meniscus injury underwent meniscal repair with Fastfix system. Allinside suture and Outsidein suture were conducted in 21cases and 8cases, respectively. Each case incorporated 1 to 3 sutures. The mean time of each suture was 4.5min, and the mean hospital stay was 12.4 d ［range, (7-21) d］. Results All cases had satisfied outcomes. The mean Lyshom scores before and after surgery were (44.60±11.55) and (83.34±12.60) respectively (t=3.25, P＜0.01). Conclusions The Fastfix system is an easy, safe and effective suture technique, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
