内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）治疗消化道肿瘤是一种微创技术，该技术能够完整的切除病灶，提供完整的病理资料，手术疗效的优越性明显。ESD术主要操作过程分为标记、黏膜下注射、边缘切开、黏膜下剥离、创面处理和标本处理等六步，出血和穿孔是其常见的并发症。

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is a minimally invasive technique for digestive tract tumors. This technique can provide complete removal of lesions and pathological data, and has a remarkable superiority in efficacy. The main procedure of ESD consists of tags, submucosal injection, margin incision, submucosal dissection, and management of wounds and specimens.
