鼻内镜与传统腺样体刮除术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效比较

目的对比鼻内镜与传统腺样体刮除术治疗儿童鼾症的临床疗效。方法选取鼾症患儿90例作为研究对象,按照手术方式不同分为对照组和研究组各45例,对照组采用传统腺样体刮除术治疗,研究组采用鼻内镜腺样体刮除术治疗,对比两组手术情况及治疗效果。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组阻塞性呼吸暂停指数(OAI)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)都下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的86.67%(39/45);研究组并发症发生率2.22%(1/45),低于对照组的15.56%(7/45),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统腺样体刮除术相比,鼻内镜手术治疗儿童鼾症效果更佳,而且可减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的应用价值。
ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy between nasal endoscopic and traditional adenoid curettage in children with snoring. MethodsNinety children with snoring were enrolled and were divided into control group (n=45) and study group (n=45) according to the surgical method. Traditional and nasal endoscopic adenoid curettage was conducted in the control group and the study group respectively. The operation and efficacy were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe operation duration, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The obstructive apnea index and apnea hypoventilation index of both groups decreased compared to the levels before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group[97.78% (44/45) vs 86.67% (39/45) , P<0.05]. The incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group [2.22% (1/45) vs 15.56% (7/45) ,P<0.05]. ConclusionCompared to traditional adenoid curettage, nasal endoscopy is more effective, can reduce intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications, and obtains a high application value.
