目的探讨3D打印技术在复杂Pilon骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例Pilon骨折患者的临床资料,其中试验组15例,采用3D打印快速成型技术进行术前计划;对照组15例,采用传统的切开复位内固定术。对比两组手术时间、术后切口坏死及感染发生率、末次随访时Kofoed功能评分等指标。结果所有患者术后获得6~15个月的随访(平均11个月)。与对照组相比,试验组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组骨折愈合时间、术后Kofoed评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次随访时,试验组优良率为100%(15/15),对照组优良率为86.7%(13/15),两组临床效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前3D打印Pilon骨折模型,可缩短手术时间,减少手术创伤,为功能康复创造良好条件。
ObjectiveTo investigate the value of 3D printing technology applied to the treatment of complex Pilon fracture. MethodsClinical data of 30 patients with Pilon fracture were retrospectively analyzed. The preoperative planning using 3D printing and rapid prototyping technology was performed in the 15 cases of the experimental group. Traditional open reduction and internal fixation was performed in the 15 cases of the control group. The related indices were compared between the two groups, including the duration of operation, incident rates of postoperative incision necrosis and infection, Kofoed function score at the last follow-up. ResultsAll of the patients were followed up for 6-15 months (the average was 11 months) after operation. Compared to the control group, the operative duration and intraoperative blood loss were shorter or less in the experimental group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the duration for fracture healing and postoperative Kofoed score between the two groups(P>0.05). At the last follow-up, the good and excellent rate of the experimental group and control group were 100%(15/15)and 86.7%(13/15)respectively. There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05). ConclusionBefore operation, Pilon fracture modeling by 3d printing technology can shorten the operative duration, reduce the surgical trauma and provide good conditions for functional rehabilitation.
