氯化锶联合外照射治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移大病灶的疗效观察▲

目的探讨氯化锶(89SrCl2)联合外照射治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移大病灶的临床疗效。方法选择100例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为A组(33例)、B组(33例)、C组(34例)。A组采用外照射治疗,B组采用 89SrCl2治疗,C组采用 89SrCl2与外照射联合治疗。比较3组患者的疼痛疗效、体力状况疗效、转移灶疗效、生存质量及不良反应。结果C组疼痛缓解、体力状况改善、转移灶改善总有效率均高于A组与B组(均P<0.05),但A组与B组间上述指标差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,3组患者的EORTC QLQ-C30评分均较治疗前提高,且C组的评分高于A组与B组(均P<0.05),但A组与B组评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组的血小板(PLT)减少、白细胞(WBC)减少发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论89SrCl2与外照射联合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移是安全有效的,其能够缩小肿瘤病灶,缓解患者疼痛,改善患者的体力状况及生存质量,且毒副反应并未增加。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of strontium chloride (89SrCl2) combined with external irradiation in the treatment of malignant tumor with large bone metastasis. MethodsA total of 100 patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis were selected as the research object and divided into group A (33 cases), group B (33 cases) and group C (34 cases) according to the random number table method. Group A was treated with external irradiation, group B was treated with 89SrCl2 and group C was treated with 89SrCl2 combined with external irradiation. The pain efficacy, physical status efficacy, metastatic lesion efficacy, survival quality and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of pain relief, physical status improvement, and metastasis improvement in group C were higher than those in groups A and group B (all P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in the above indicators between group A and group B (all P>0.05). After treatment, The EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the three groups were higher than those before treatment, which was higher in group C than in group A and group B (all P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of platelet (PLT) reduction and white blood cell (WBC) reduction among the three groups (all P>0.05). ConclusionThe combination of 89SrCl2 and external irradiation is safe and effective in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis, which can shrink tumor lesions, relieve patients′ pain, improve patients′ physical condition and survival quality, and there is no increase in toxic side effects.
